Usercontrol doesn't send messages in IE

I am using CMS Umbraco to create a new site. I have added a .NET custom control for a contact form. However, when the button is clicked, the page transfer does not carry over to IE, but works in FF.

I cannot think of why this is so. I tried to disable all checks and the problem persists.

Any suggestions would be great.

Make sure IE is not throwing Javascript errors that would prevent postbacks.

Hey Ryan, I doubt this is Umbraco's problem. But have you debugged user control and stepped through the code to see what was going on?

I recommend that you attach the process and see exactly what happens.

It may or may not help, but I've had a similar problem lately. It turned out that I was using an ImageButton and the image was not correctly specified. When clicking on the text displayed in FF, it worked fine, but IE was choking.

So, make sure its ImageButton matches the correct image path.
