Conversion problem from VS2003 to VS2005?

I'm trying to convert a project from vs2003 to vs2005. After the conversion is complete, some include headerfile.h command missing and generating include "serialize". How to fix this. Some of them can be copied and pasted. changed outside of msg environment. what can i do to fix this idea?

Visual Studio 2005 does not install all SDKs for the Visual Studio 2003 platform. You may need to install the platform SDK. See my comment on your question.
