Windows Service for Windows Mobile Phones

Is it possible to write a Windows service for Windows mobile devices (Compact framework) that must be activated when the device starts. Can you pl. provide a resource link / sample code for the same.

You cannot use the Compact Framework to develop a Windows service. This is an article on MSDN about writing services for Windows CE.



For a normal application, this question has some ideas on how you can automatically launch it on startup.
