Is there a directory manager for Drupal?

I'm building a product review site, is there a directory manager or third party directory manager that works for Drupal?

You could easily bundle it together with the core Drupal modules - few CCKs, few views, and you're good to go. One of the beauties of Drupal and its modules is that most of them are versatile enough that you can combine them into a well-functioning system.

Opinions are most likely what you are looking for: without the code in the beginning, you can create all sorts of lists, by type, by tag ... You are probably especially interested in view arguments that allow you to refine a general list or return to a general list from a refined one.

You can use drupal or Ubercart e-commerce product listing features without having to enable the rest of the features. However, if you don't really plan on including these features later, this is probably overkill.

Try the Directory module. Here's an excerpt from his project page:

... is a very simple and lightweight hierarchical "directory-like" view (conceptually similar to DMOZ, Yahoo, etc.) of nodes that have been assigned to one or more specified taxonomy "dictionaries" (depending on module configuration). This allows users to deploy selected content to your Drupal site.

If you have a site with pre-existing taxonomies and / or are not using a category module, this module might be a simpler approach to hierarchical navigation - just launch it, configure it, and go.

You may have to hack the module to change some of the little details you don't like, but other than that, it's pretty solid.
