JQuery Jqmodal window IE position

I have set up a way to dump content with position +: absolute! important; hack what i found. But now my question doesn’t matter how I style the top (in jqmWindow in IE it still seems to pop up the window in the middle of the page. In FF, however, I got the page more to the top. Why I need to move this jqm window, this is what more info about the div (jqm) then will fit on the screen. Is there a way to make the window a certain size and have scrollbars on the side if the content is larger? Thanks for the help.

you should be able to wrap the window content in a div and set its height as well as overflow



div.wrap{
   height:220px;
   overflow:scroll;
}
