How do I change proxy settings when using Watin?

I use Watin mainly to automate work that I do manually. Sometimes I need to change the proxy. To do this, I need to configure IE to use a local proxy all the time (listening locally and forward to a remote proxy), and then manually change the settings of that program every time I need to use a different proxy.

This is not an elegant solution! It might work, but it's not nice.

So my question is, how do I change IE's software settings when using Watin? I am code in VB.NET.
