Could not open VSTS 2008 project file

I have an ASP.Net VSTS 2008 project and the project depends on the database (SQL Server 2005), it can open perfectly VSTS 2008 when the machine is installed with SQL Server 2005. But when I copy the project to another computer without installing SQL Server 2005, have an error message like this, any ideas what's wrong?

Failed to create Microsoft Visual C # 2008 editor because project "FOO" could not be opened, QueryService for {} failed

I had the same problem, found the solution in the belgian forum

open visual studio command command and run following



devenv.exe / ResetSkipPkgs

Solved the problem for me, next time I opened visual studio in normal way and it was still solved.

I am guessing it is not the absence of the sql server that is calling this, it is some other visual studio plugin or package. In the QueryService, for {}, does a pointer exist between these parentheses?
