How can I install our iPhone project without connecting a device, but only using the device ID?
You can use a simulator and never design on a device. Is that what you meant? I would hate to be one of your customers when I bought this app from the Appstore in this case, although there would be so many disadvantages.
If you don't mean this, how would you get the app on your device? I'm confused.

Are you suggesting that you don't want to test your app on a real device prior to release? Please don't do this. There are many differences when testing an app on a device or simulator.
If you want to create an adhoc test build without connecting a device to your Mac, you can do so simply by creating an adhoc test mobileprovision file where you can specify up to 100 device IDs. To do this, you must be a member of the Apple Developer Program.

If you are a registered iPhone developer, you can create an Ad Hoc distribution by specifying the device IDs you want to use in the application (steps are listed in the "Program Portal User Guide" on the Apple developer site). then you can install the application to your device via iTunes.

Well, you can't install based on device number alone or whatever. There are two solutions: 1 / But what you can do without connecting your phone is to host your application on some testing platform like TestFlight or Answers. And you enter the email address of the users and they can receive the email. 2 / You can customize a config file that announces the address of your OS X Server. And add iPhone to your Open Directory Directory. Then you can upload and deploy the app to iPhone devices. If you have any future questions please comment.
