Manage Ads for ASP.NET Sites

I am looking for ad management software to help me place ads on my website. I checked BanManPro but it is too expensive. Google ad manager is having problems and the support system is not very active at the moment.

Is anyone creating open source ad management software that can be used on ASP.NET sites.

I am ready to buy if the solution is not expensive.

Thanks for the answers in advance
