Name my class: pipeline cache? AntiSymetricPipelineCache?

There are problems with the correct name for this class. Basically it is a wrapper around the redis datastore where writes are "fired" asynchronously and executed on a different thread (to preserve the underlying processing behavior as quickly as possible). There are only random Get operations, and before we can run them, we need to make sure that all put operations have been completed before the get operation. During normal operation, it is very similar to a write cache, but it has to wait for a flush / sync before it can return any data.

Any ideas? I think they are missing something obvious here.
