Xcode: How do I create a terminal window inside my application?

While I'm playing around with Rubycocoa, I've created a little app that works like a charm. However, the only thing missing is how the Terminal is inside my application. Coda has a similar view that allows you to open a terminal session. How do I create a terminal view like this in Interface Builder and Xcode?
