.NET 3.0 Module Testing Getting System.MethodAccessException .NET 2.0

Is there a way to get around this exception? Can I call .NET 2.0 from 3.5? I need to write .NET 2.0 to support BizTalk 2006 / R2 features. But I would like to test the VS2008 Unit Test so that they are compatible with other non-BizTalk code that we are testing.

Test method ABC.UnitTest.UnitTest1.TestReferenceCode1 threw exception: System.MethodAccessException: ABC.EasyRegEx.extractUsingRegEx (System.String, System.String).

Nevermind - I had a deep function somewhere in the GAC that had the method changed from private to public. He used the GAC version instead of the local version.
