Why is my google map api not displaying balloons?

Why won't the balloon screen display correctly? In addition, the popup information window is also too large. Is this something in CSS? Finally, I got not multiple "google server rejecting your api key" yada yada. I changed the key twice, with little luck. Hope this works for you.
