Android. Recent apps seem to have google ads, is there a new API for that?

Several recent apps (like Shazam) have text and image ads that are handled by Google. I cannot find how they did it. Is there any new API that can be used to serve ads with a specific keyword, similar to how the Maps API works? Or is it something that developers negotiate individually?

In particular, I'm interested in Google ads.

There is nothing in the SDK to support this, no. However, if you go to the Google Adsense page , there will be information about mobile ads.

Google recently launched AdSense for mobile and you can apply to participate in the beta.

Please note that you need to apply and requirements is an application that will generate at least 100,000 page views per day.

This is the program that Shazam uses.
