Selenium rc with cruise control - testng error message - cannot instantiate 'test'

I am currently trying to set up cruisecontrol to run my selenium test suite. Everything works fine, until I ran the build I got the following message:

This was running on a network server, I tested testuite.xml locally via intellij and everything works fine. I feel like this is a network server configuration issue, please let me know if my assumption is wrong and point me in the right direction to fix this issue.
