Is there a message generator

Question

I don't want my messages to be saved in the app or in a resource file.

By message I mean those complex lines that we have to write to tell the user what is happening or is wrong in the application at the exact time.

Is there a simple message generator?

Simple stuff, but for handling singular / plural and feminine / masculine.

There is never an easy solution.

Sometimes people use messages stored in a database or in some configuration files that depend on the application.
