I have created HTML content and I am writing it to a word file. I want to know how many pages it will take when written in a Word document.

This cannot be answered in general terms. Font sizes, paper size, margins, layout, etc. To be taken into account, the exact rendering of the fonts may also differ (kerning, etc.). So just create a Word document (you can use WordML) and let the word calculate the number of pages for you.
