UPDATE. Only if you find a way to send email with HTML body . There is no way yet to send an HTML email address from your BlackBerry device:

However, if you find a way to send an HTML email body (using TCP, or if this functionality will be used in the new RIM API), you can add the image as part of the message content and use its content ID in the HTML markup.
