Svn Move not showing in context menu

I made changes and updates and my directory looks good. But when I right click on the file that I want to move to a different folder, I see all options like svn delete, etc. except for the move svn. I can't figure out why I can't see the move option.

If you want to move a file, you can simply right-click and drag the file to a new location. You will get a menu when you drop the file from which you can choose from svn move and svn copy.
