Where can I put .xcolortheme files in Xcode when there is no ~ / Library / Application Support / Xcode / Color Themes folder?

I'm just getting started with Mac and iPhone, and naturally my first step is to change the color theme. I found a topic that I like here , but I cannot find the folder they referenced in my folder ~/Library/Application Support/

. How do I install these files?
