Copy selected Wikipedia articles to your own wiki?

Is there a way to copy some articles in wikipedia (about 10,000) to my own media site?

EDIT: How can I do this without overwriting related articles / pages? Also I do not plan to use illegal means (scanners, etc.)

If you want to get a specific set of articles, you can use the export page ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Export ) to get an XML dump of related pages; you can export multiple pages at once, although you can highlight your queries.



You can import XML dumps into MediaWiki using Special:Import

either one of the import scripts in maintenance/
