Sifr text width

I was wondering if the sifr text that is displayed in flash has the same width across all browsers / flash plugins (in case I set the font size to absolute). Likewise, the aspect ratio is 24px Helvetica string 'Hello equal, no matter what version of the flash plugin or browser you have?
