Building an internal open source system

so I'm looking to create an open source environment for our international partners to view and contribute to our code.

We currently use SVN for version control and fogbugz for bug tracking. However, this drives most of our requirements. with Fogbugz allowing discussion of communities and wiki

  • WebSVN doesn't work in IIS
  • svn over http dosnt seems to work on IIS.

Can someone correct me if this research is actually not the case (and where to find directions for installing these systems)

suggest other tools that achieve similar customization.

HTTP access to Subversion is run through Apache. You can run IIS and Apache on a Windows server, you just need to install one of them to use a different port, like 81 or 8080.

Chapter 6 Versioning with Subversion is setting up your server to run Subversion.

I haven't used it, but others have recommended a One-Click Setup tool that will install and configure subversion on your server. I assume that after using this tool, you will still have to tweak your port settings in Apache or IIS.
