Flash component for printing graphics

Is there a class / component / library for drawing graphs in flash? And I'm not talking about histograms, but an actual graph like neural plots, or road plots, etc. Also, if anyone has experience with it, how big is the diagram that can be plotted until it gets big and it loads verry hard (how many nodes, routes).
