Sharepart for conditional formatting?

Does anyone know of a Sharepoint Web Part that provides conditional formatting?

For example, if I am displaying a table, I would like to be able to reverse the row color if a specific numeric cell exceeds a certain value.

Surely this could be done easily in jQuery, but for political reasons I need to find a way to do it using a web part. Third party commercial solutions are definitely acceptable and probably preferred.

Why not use the 2007 , 2010 Data Viewer Web Part you can get from SharePoint Designer? You can set conditional formatting properties from it, or if you need more complex formatting you can edit the xsl manually.

I am afraid that I will have to shamelessly assert myself. We will soon have a product that does conditional highlighting of cell and row, and may or may not have many other features that prevent me from expressing any opinion on this issue that are not directly related to this issue.
