Determining KPIs with a request for consultation
I am looking for some links / examples on how to determine a good KPI for the education industry. I want to define a KPI in terms of school / department management in order to measure different school performance, students / faculty / others.
Any advice, links or documents are appreciated - more appreciated if in the context of SQL Server 2005/2008.

Take a look at the SQL Server Analysis Services tutorial. In particular, the definition of key performance indicators.
