Suppose I have a url in my query string. Someone told me that Google doesn't like it because they think we are pulling content from another server.
http://mydomain.com/?id=http://abc.com
Use Google Webmaster tools, it will inform you about any problems related to your site urls. It just takes a little time for them to get your site up and running, but the report is useful.
