Google Maps API issue

I finally got this Google Maps page, but it looks like everyone but the client can see it? They say they get the following error message "This website needs a different Google Maps API key. A new key could be generated ..."

When I register a new key, Goggle gives me the same which I am already using!

If anyone can shed some light on why I (and colleagues from different countries) can see the map, but the client cannot, would that be very helpful?

Check how they access your website. The key is tied to the website address. If instead of using www.sportingemporium.com or just sportingemporium.com they use something like beta.sportingemporium.com, Google Maps will complain.
