Harmonized Sales Tax Headache
Ok, using the BambooInvoice software, and where I am, we have two sales taxes.
This is how they work
item price * tax1 = Sum1Tax1 Sum1tax1 * tax2 = Final sale price
Currently the Bamboo account does this
Price of Item * tax1 = pricetax1
price of item * tax2 = pricetax2
Price of item + pricetax1 + pricetax2

How can we change this code to reflect the actual taxation scheme for my area?

Use the built-in invoice options to change taxes. If you insist on hard coding. You can do something like this:
