Moving MAC Font to PC - How?

This has been a rather problematic issue in many cases. We have a lot of our designers using Mac for design and fonts based on it, but when we need to see projects on PC, the fonts are not there.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a fairly efficient and painless way to move / copy a font from MAC OS X to PC (Windows).
