Did the Eclipse Flex plugin delete my project to restore it?

I just tried to use Eclipse's "move" feature to move my project. Instead of Eclipse moving it around, Eclipse deleted my project. I support it the most, but I'll lose a few hours of work if I can't restore it.

Does anyone know how to recover it?

I'm not sure if this will work if you delete the file, but Eclipse does have a default history that your code should contain. It helped me when the power went out and she overwrote my file with gibberish



EDIT: Ok, I looked in Eclipse, try right clicking on the folder and there should be a replace option with local history in there somewhere. See if this helps.
