Create PDF for iPhone how?

I am trying to write an eBook for iPhone using PDF format.

The problem is that I cannot create a PDF with 5cm x 5cm (example).

I tried Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. Didn't work as it is not possible to adjust the paper size.

I tried Pages 08 but that is also not possible (can be set to a custom size, but it doesn't work, it might be an error).

I've tried Microsoft Word. The generated PDF is a mess ... Not working correctly.

So, I cannot create a PDF with a custom paper size. These are nuts ... There must be a tool or something that works right.

Does anyone know of any tool that works well?

On Mac (since Quartz's basic drawing system is based on the same ancestor as PDF), you can always create PDFs by doing Print-> Save as PDF ...

Considering the iPhone is 320 x 360 pixels with 163 pixels, we need to optimize the print settings before exporting our document to PDF. Im tipping most people will view their document with an iphone oriented in landscape mode, so the base of our document is 360 pixels wide.

Thus, the options to be used when exporting or printing a document to PDF are

Width: 125mm x 225mm.

Here it is. Now, just print the PDF document using a PDF printer driver such as doPDF and email the document to your iPhone.
