Can I install Oracle on the portable xp that is installed on my WD 160gb USB hard drive?

Please help me.

I want to install software for printing addresses. Instead of using an internal hard drive, I wanted to use a USB hard drive to provide the flexibility and convenience for a portable system.

I want to know if I can successfully install Portable XP on my USB hard drive. If so, can I install oracle on my hard drive that runs Portable XP? Is the software built on Oracle?

How do I install it?
