Why is the Look and feel not updating as expected?

I'm developing a rocking app in which I have the ability to change the look of the app with the click of a button. Now my problem is that when I click the button to change the theme it doesn't update the L&F of my app, say my previous theme is "noire" and after that I choose "MCWin" but the noire theme style is still there
