Using SubSonic2.2

I just download SubSonic2.2 and use it, but many of my previous codes (inserting into tables when I have Identity or unique field) throw errors, also the scraffold component cannot insert into these tables. I saw that the SubSonic version in SubCommander is 2.1 and maybe this is creating the problem, I can't find another version with SubSonic2.2.

While Subsonic is using Google Codes and this site is blocking access to its site from multiple instances like Iran, I cannot access the code and compile it. Where can I find a version of SubCommander that works with subSonic 2.2?
