Microsoft provides a set of domain-specific tools for model-driven modeling. This was formerly called DSL SDK, in VS 2010 it is now called Visual Studio Visualization and Modeling SDK .



I have not used OpenArchitectureWare, so I cannot comment on how this is similar to the VMSDK.
