Iphone app submit errors

When I try to add my application I get

Info.plist does not contain CFBundleResourceSpecification

and

Invalid application code check. The signature was invalid or was not signed with the Apple Filing Certificate.

I do not understand! I am so upset, I finished my two applications and now I cannot imagine them. I've checked Resource Provision Licenses and App IDs and this whole process many times, I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.

Can anyone help? :(
