The problem of entering parameters into a function

Ok, I'm trying to put parameters into a function called like this:

$parameters['function']($parameters['params']);

Here is the function and parameters I need to put in this:

$parameters['function'] = 'test_error';
$parameters['params'] = array(0 => $txt['sometext'], 1 => 'critical', 2 => true);

The test_error function takes 3 parameters:

  • Output error
  • The type of error, marked with a string value ("general", "critical", etc.).
  • Should it be echoed or not.

Here is the result I get: Here is the test error .ArraycriticalArray1

I know this function works great, but it only gives me one parameter to return from it. What am I doing wrong here with $parameters['params']

You probably want to call_user_func_array()

. Each element of the array passed as the second argument will be used as an argument to the function, for example:



call_user_func_array( $parameters['function'], $parameters['params'] );
