Failed to open website: http: // .. Forbidden

Someone may have already encountered the following problem:

When I try to open Remove Web Site with Visual Studio 2008 TS (File -> Open -> Website -> Remote) located on Windows Server 2008 SP2 Enterprise x64 (IIS 7.0), I get the following error:

I have access to the server. I added a "Everyone" user with full permissions to this website root, but that didn't help.

I also installed FrontPage Server Extensions for IIS 7.0.
