Wired component null in seam EntityHome action
I have my own EntityHome class. I am attaching the dependent object to a wired method, but when I call the action (persist) the wired component is always null.
What could be the reason seems to be working similar code generated by seam gen.
Here is the entity class.
The round.teeSet component is always null when persist is called, although this is shown in the jsf page.
Note: Seam version: 2.2.0.GA Jboss: jboss-5.1.0.GA
I have an overrden persist method to register the value of a wire element.

I am assuming you have one instance of ScopeType.CONVERSATION (RoundHome) without long conversation. This way you can have a temporary conversation that persists until the render response stage.
When you submit your form because you have a temporary conversation, you just fill out what you submit. This explains why your TeeSet is null. (Your submitted form does not include a link to a Tee instance)
If you really want your TeeSet to survive until the next submission, you must enable long talk before showing and disconnect after submitting your form.
Just a tip: every instance of the house is by default ScopeType.CONVERSATION - inherited from the house. So you can set up your RoundHome like this
