What is the ctr extension? I recently found one site with a file named "create.ctr", what language is it in?

I can't find any resource on programming languages suggesting (or forced) . ctr extension .

If the site linked to you uses Apache, they might use mod_mime and .ctr

might not mean anything.

You may be lucky with this issue in the superuser .
