Visual tools for documenting MVC projects?

I recently started using Coldbox and Kohana frameworks in my projects, but I can't remember a visual tool for documenting a project. I use Visual Paradigm (UML) and yEd (free-form), but would be happy to try something else if it makes it easier to capture MVC-like relationships between elements.

Any suggestion for visual tools (and best practices) for documenting MVC projects is greatly appreciated .

I like Violet for UML modeling. It's simple and lightweight but gives me everything I need. (I'm actually working on a large class diagram right now.)
