Problem accessing google transfers on diffrent-2 machine

I have embedded google gears on my website to access the quiz offline. But I am very surprised to see that it works fine on several systems, and it does not work well on several systems.

Work not very well: we have two quiz modes. online as well as offline. When I go offline where I was using google gears it starts downloading the quiz. But sometimes on multiple systems, it stops midway through the loading quiz. for example, at 42% load, it stops. This is the problem I am facing.

I can't figure out why this is happening?

Can anyone help me?
