"Show only source of selected item" in Visual Studio 2003

Eclipse has a Show Only Source of Selected Item feature that allows you to view only the code of the selected method. All other parts of the code are invisible.

I remember that a similar feature was available in Visual Studio 6.0. I would like to know if this feature is available in Visual Studio 2003 and above? If so, please indicate where to find it in the IDE.

This is not available in any subsequent release. It was called "procedure viewer" in VS 6. Use the highlight function instead.
