In the Update field: Automatic date / time update field

Is there a MySQL equivalent in update box for SQL Server?

And with DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP and ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, the column has a current timestamp for the default and is automatically updated.

What I am looking for is to have a date / time field and every time I update a record it updates the date / time field has it been updated automatically?

If that doesn't exist, I guess I'll have to go manually.

You can do this in a trigger. I'm not sure if this is what you mean by "guidance"
