Change scrollbar color with css
can we give a different color for the scrolling bezel and arrow background color?
right now if i applied "scrollbar-face-color" it applies to both the background of the arrow and the scrollbar
Is there a way to set the slider color of the scrollbar and the box that contain scroll arrows in different ways

body {scrollbar-arrow-color: green}
I think only IE supports colored scrollbars by the way.
