How many MySQL databases can I create in one domain in Plesk control panel?
Do you have any experience in this matter? I currently have 1900 MySQL databases in the same domain in plesk control panel and I am wondering if my MySQL server is overloaded or unavailable due to so many databases on the system.
Do you have any suggestions? By the way, every database is for my user.

MySQL itself does not set any limits on the number of databases you can have and I doubt Plesk does, I am sure it just displays all the databases that the MySQL server has.
However, your host may have a limitation (which you should be asking about), or if you start getting the number of huge databases, you could actually run a limitation on the filesystem. As in the MySQL documentation , each database is stored as a directory, so you could hypothetically hit the upper limit of the filesystem for how many subdirectories are allowed.

ive got over 5000 databases running on an alinux based plesk cluster (one db one webserver) and its working fine, although I had to increase the open file limits due to the huge amount of files. i cant run mysql tuning primer anymore though, well i can, but it takes about 4 hours
