How to programmatically get CellID from IPAQ Pocket PC

Question

I am trying to get CellID and Lac on HP IPAQ 614c. I've tried using the RIL interface with no luck. RIL_GetCellTowerInfo returns E_NOTIMPL.

Any ideas?

If RIL does not provide information, I guess you are out of luck. I believe RIL is the lowest level that WM uses for radio equipment.

Try looking for a library supplied by HP for information, or you need to figure out how to access radio equipment directly.
