SharePoint - ask the answer in the workflow
I have a SharePoint server installed to send email messages from a dedicated mailbox. However, I have a workflow that sends email to a specific group, and I want replies from that group to be sent to a different mailbox instead.
I know that BCC is a hidden field in the workflow that can be changed; I don't see anything for an answer. So I'm not sure if there is an easy way to do this. What are my options? I know there is a tool in CodePlex that does a lot with email actions, but I think it might be overkill.

Basically, you cannot provide a response to an email address using SharePoint Designer out of the box. Since this is a workflow, you can create a Custom Workflow action that allows you to do whatever you want (including send a reply-to-address email). This is a rather complicated process and will require C # code.
