Should I name the files in my solution all lowercase for SEO?
I read that the best SEO practice is to use lowercase urls. Should I also list ASP.NET project files for asp.net web forms in lower case? Visual Studio does not specify documents by default in new projects, all inline. I'm not sure if this matters, as looking at http://www.mysite.com/mypage.aspx will work even if your page is called MyPage.aspx.
Can someone enlighten me on this?

Solution files are not deployed or displayed on the web server, so you don't have to worry about the case in their names.
With regard to the aspx page, most search engines are case sensitive when indexing pages, so MyPage.aspx
and MyPage.aspx
not on the same page, and that many search engines,
If you are creating uppercase pages, you can enter situations where you see search results for your page split between lowercase and mixed versions. This can negatively affect your page rank, causing it to appear lower in search results than it would otherwise.
More importantly, you want to make sure that within your code, you always build links that are consistent. If you are going to use a mixed case, make sure you always use the same case. Just understand that you have no control over what other sites choose to do, and many of them convert URLs to lowercase. In addition, most users users (when not copying / pasting) also tend to use lowercase for URLs.

We encourage you to read this.
The answer is NO. it doesn't matter if the files are lowercase or uppercase, all that matters is where you link to the page, if you do for example an anchor tag and your page is called aaa.aspx it is an anchor tag which is not correct on the page and the page views will be broken, however if you do something like ScottGu glasses in your post you will be saved. Good luck
By the way, the header should be corrected, not about the file decision.
